About Me

In the space between the hurt and the healing, the question and the answer, the disease and the cure, we search for a kind of calm to get us through. A kind of happiness that defies logic, a kind of peace that cancels out despair, a kind of joy that overrides circumstances, a kind of courage that commands attention, and demands a shift in focus. All this waits, in the space between. Here in the space between, hope is not mere sentiment or wishful thinking, but a treasure map to follow all the way through the darkest night to the still quiet place, where your heart is a ship that can carry you through a storm, across a wide glassy sea, to a new land where you are not afraid to know what you know, and are unafraid to be Who You Are. (CK):)

I live a bountiful and boundless life.  I practice Reiki, and am a spiritual life coach, have been teaching meditation and am learning Yoga :)  I actively began my spiritual journey, when I was 12.

I am happiest when out of doors enjoying nature.  Living within a lake community, that was established many many years ago,  we enjoy a great deal of woods and green space.

There are several animals in the household... loving companions and super entertainment.  They are loved unconditionally.

Hobbies include painting, writing, journaling, road trips, gardening in the summer, walks to the lake, meditating in the sunshine, campfires with my meditation group here in the home that is in the tree tops.

My family, friends, clients, and the I AM PRESENCE, gives my life additional meaning, and with the love that is given and received, by all of the above and countless others, (including the animals) could never... ever, be measured.

Blessings to all.  Namaste'
