Scientists and their studies are discovering what we already knew -- sugar is poison to our system. So are artificial sweetners.

Personally, I also do not "believe" in eating low fat and no fat foods. Take yogurt, for example. They take out all the fat and load it with sugar. How stupid is that? Apparently no stupider than the thousands of Americans who load up their fridges with the stuff. I eat only full fat everything, without sugar. And so far I have no weight problem. Of course, I am mostly a vegetarian and eat no wheat, some fish. I find when I eat low fat yogurt, for example, that I am not satisfied, crave more food, and feel yucky. Well, I need to start making my own yogurt. I've been planning to do that for a long time. Just have to do it. I found an easy recipe. I'll let you know when I finally do it. All right, that's enough of this rant. I don't usually rant, but it's late and I am too tired to say things nicely. Good night.

i make my own yogurt ..i use a yogurt maker ...i use organic fed cows whole milk with honey and stoneyfield yogurt as the started ..it takes a little time but well worth it..the yogurt maker i use is called yogourmet
